The goal of this page is to let you vent about a piano store that you feel has been dishonest or treated you unfairly.

You may also report any good experiences you may have had with a dealer and recommend them here. 

I encourage you to e-mail me about any specific incidents you may have had with a piano store in your area that you feel might be helpful to the next consumer to come along.  Be specific about who the dealer is so that other consumers know who to do business with.  Whether it's a warning or a recommendation, potential piano buyers want to know.  Comments about this site are also welcomed.   Send e-mails to: rants&raves@thepianobook.com. This partially stemmed from a link I've come across recently that's been causing quite a stir with some stores in the Utah area.  I think it's great!  If there's a dealer out there being dishonest people need to hear about it.  I will add more as they come, but for now here's the first "rant"!
